Performance Tuning
I can assess your complete server and let you know what needs to be tuned at server and databases level, so you can get the most out of it. All Windows and SQL Servers configurations are verified, and clear instructions to move forward are provided. After that, you can decide if you are going to apply the suggested changes by yourself (with my coaching) or instead I can apply them as well, so you have nothing to worry about.
If you don't want a full assessment and you just want me to work on tuning specific queries, I can also work on that. The queries will be thoroughly analyzed, and all feasible changes will be applied so you can see the results.
You invested in new hardware and a SQL Server upgrade. You expected nothing but improvements, but now you are frustrated due to having worse performance instead. I will help you on finding the right issue and get the upgrade path corrected so you can get the expected improvements.
I can monitor your SQL Server for performance issues. You will be warned if any performance degradation is detected and then, the corrective actions will be taken.
Delivery mode:
These services are provided both remotely and on-site, depending on your needs. On the remote approach, I usually use Zoom, but I can adapt to any tool you might feel comfortable.
